1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CuraQuip Medical platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to place an order or rent equipment. Certain prescription-based devices may require valid documentation before dispatch.

3. Rentals

• Rental periods are billed on the selected cycle (daily, weekly, or monthly) and begin on the date of delivery.
• A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout and returned after inspection upon device return.
• The renter is responsible for reasonable care of the equipment during the rental period.
• Late returns may incur additional charges at the applicable daily rate.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

CuraQuip Medical never stores your raw card details. Payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

6. Limitation of Liability

CuraQuip Medical provides equipment to support patient care but is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider. To the extent permitted by law, CuraQuip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the registered place of business of CuraQuip Medical.
