1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across major metros and Tier-1/Tier-2 cities in India. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
2. Delivery Timelines
- In-stock equipment: dispatched within 24 hours, delivered in 2–4 business days.
- Rental equipment: same-day or next-day delivery in serviceable metro zones.
- Bulk and institutional orders: scheduled delivery coordinated by our team.
3. Delivery Charges
A standard delivery fee applies to orders below the free-delivery threshold, which is displayed in your cart. Orders above the threshold qualify for free standard delivery.
4. Installation & Demonstration
Select devices (such as oxygen concentrators and hospital beds) include free installation and a usage demonstration by a trained technician at the time of delivery.
5. Sanitization Guarantee
Every rental unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before dispatch and sealed with a tamper-evident sanitization tag for your safety.
6. Delivery Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real time from your account under Orders. You will also receive updates via SMS and email at each stage.
